How we handle messages sent through the SwiftCoast website.

What you share

The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Please do not send passwords, confidential records, or sensitive personal information through this form.

How we use it

We use your message to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Delivery and spam protection

Messages are delivered through our hosting and email services. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse; it processes browser and connection information for that purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The form also keeps short-lived counters to limit repeated submissions. Identifiers in those counters are stored as keyed hashes rather than raw email or IP addresses. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own connection logs and message records.

Other website services

This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service to request font files. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to these pages.

Retention and questions

We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, reply to our correspondence or contact us through the website form.
